At the 4th" Long Night of Industrial Culture " on Thursday, 5 September 2024, companies, museums & training centers in the Traunsee-Almtal region will be opening their doors to visitors and providing exciting insights into today's industrial life!

The Feuerkogel cable car is also taking part in the "Long Night of Industrial Culture" for the first time and offers guided tours with extended cable car operation until 10 pm. Participation is free of charge. Registration required!

The participating businesses will be rounded off and musically supported by the Gmunden Festival Weeks, who will put together a musical program.

Program

Guided tours at Feuerkogel cable car

1. Guided tour 4:00 pm
2. Guided tour 5:30 pm
3. Guided tour 7:00 pm
4. Guided tour 8:30 pm (English)

Guided tour:

  • Duration: approx. 1.5 hours

  • Participants: 30 persons can take par at eayh tour!

  • Meeting point: Infront of the cash desk of the Feuerkogel cable car valley station

  • REGISTRATION REQUIRED!

Program:

  • Technical tour of the valley station + pumping station (snowmaking technology)

  • Ascent by Feuerkogel cable car

  • Technical tour of the mountain station

  • Presentation of the snowmaking technology (snow cannons), piste equipment and skidoos

  • End of the tour at the mountain station (longer stay possible)

  • Musical accompaniment by the folk music group "Schweinskaxn"

Last cable car descent at 10:00 pm*

Extended cable car operation times until 10:00 pm! Cable car journey by Feuerkogel cable car is free of charge when registered for the guided tour.

Die Bergbahn Grünberg nimmt auch an der "Langen Nacht der Industriekultur" teil und bietet am Donnerstag; 05.09.2024 zwischen 16:00 und 22:00 Uhr geführte Touren an. Teilnahme ist kostenlos. Anmeldung erforderlich!

Perfekt kombinierbar mit einer Führung bei den Bergbahnen Feuerkogel :-)
